About This Role
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly global management financial reports for assigned entities, ensuring timely submission.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, analyze variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Lead reporting automation and process improvements, coordinate with shared services and external providers, and support ad hoc reporting.]
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or accounting.
- Proven expertise in month-end close processes, financial controls, and preparation of reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP and strong Excel skills; hybrid work model based in India with regular on-site collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working across global finance teams with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver clear financial analysis and management commentary to support leadership decisions.
- Familiarity with shared service centers, internal audit frameworks, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL), and finance transformation projects is a plus.
