About This Role
- Lead the FP&A function setup including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and establishing reporting structures and KPIs.
- Serve as primary finance business partner driving financial insights, variance analysis, and decision support across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Deliver timely financial reports and support strategic initiatives including growth, M&A, and investor due diligence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (CIMA, CA, CPA, or MBA Finance) preferred.
- 6-8 years of FP&A experience, preferably in top multinational companies.
- Proficiency with financial modeling and analysis tools such as NetSuite, Power BI, Hyperion, Adaptive Planning.
- Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams; SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to establish and own FP&A processes from scratch in a fast-growing environment.
- Experienced in multi-geographic financial reporting and working with diverse data sources and systems.
- Senior-level operator capable of directly supporting CFO and engaging with business leaders on strategic financial matters.
