About This Role
- Own end-to-end US Accounts Payable operations including vendor invoice processing and payment execution (ACH, wire transfers, electronic payments, checks).
- Perform vendor reconciliations, monitor accounts payable ageing, and handle payment discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing, audit activities, and coordinate with US-based vendors and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable; experience in US Accounts Payable preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- Knowledge of US accounting practices and tax documentation (W-9/W-8).
- Work Location: Ambli Road, Ahmedabad; Work Mode: Work From Office; Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in US Accounts Payable processes with hands-on exposure to US accounting standards and tax documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce, indicating comfort with enterprise financial software.
- Able to manage vendor communications and multi-team coordination across US time zones as per shifted office hours.
