About This Role
- Support finance and GTM transformation initiatives cross-functionally to drive analysis, alignment, and execution.
- Provide financial and analytical support for business initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions in a global matrix environment.
- Manage FP&A, OPEX planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for ISO and HQ leadership, delivering executive-level narratives and leveraging AI-enabled finance modernization.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial/GTM Finance or related areas.
- Postgraduate/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience in finance, FP&A, business planning, analytics or commercial finance.
- Work Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
