About This Role
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice review, approval matching, and timely payments via various methods.
- Maintain and reconcile AP aging reports and ledgers ensuring alignment with the general ledger.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and support month-end closing and audits.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within US-based or staffing environments.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems like PeopleSoft or similar.
- Strong knowledge of US AP processes, tax codes, and 1099 handling.
