About This Role
- Own end-to-end SAP data migration workstreams including object scoping, mapping, migration execution, and cutover activities in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Execute data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading via SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit using staging tables and file-based approaches with responsibility for simulation, error resolution, and runbook management.
- Perform migration validation including pre-load/post-load reconciliation, monitoring migration jobs, root cause analysis, and provide hypercare support post go-live.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years total experience with at least 2-3 years in SAP data migration including one end-to-end SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration project.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit including object mapping, value rules, simulation, and error handling.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase, Teradata.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA data migration projects with ownership of migration execution and cutover phases.
- Proficient with SAP S/4HANA DMC and ETL processes including data validation and reconciliation across multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP).
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in managing migration schedules, defect tracking, root cause analysis, and hypercare support.
