About This Role
- Lead and develop a DevOps engineering team accountable for CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and developer tooling.
- Own the strategy and delivery to scale automation, enhance platform reliability, embed security, and improve developer experience aligned with business goals.
- Manage platform costs, vendor relationships, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize deployment metrics like frequency and recovery time.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years leading DevOps, platform, infrastructure, or SRE teams with direct people management responsibility.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience; Location: Hyderabad; Work model: Hybrid (twice a week); Shift: 12-9pm IST or 2-11pm IST.

- Strategic operator skilled in managing platform reliability, security integration, and improving developer workflows at scale.
- Familiar with security compliance, DORA metrics, SRE, FinOps practices, and managing distributed/global teams in regulated enterprise contexts.
