About This Role
- Design, build, operate, and continuously improve enterprise-scale Databricks-based data mesh platform focusing on reliability, scalability, security.
- Enable data engineers, analytics, and data science teams to ingest, process, and share data securely with quality and interoperability.
- Prioritize and orchestrate complex business initiatives using strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform engineering, or architecture.
- 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Databricks.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, or Scala for ETL/ELT development.
- B.Tech/M.Tech degree and Databricks Certified Professional certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in Databricks ecosystem including Lakehouse, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and DevOps practices including Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to manage teams, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and lead prioritization of business initiatives.
