About This Role
- Lead development and execution of end-to-end SEO strategies to drive B2B lead generation and improve organic search visibility.
- Own technical SEO audits, on-page optimisation, white-hat link building, and content alignment including E-E-A-T and AI search readiness.
- Collaborate with development and content teams and mentor junior SEO staff, while leveraging analytics and SEO tools to track and report performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with B2B, technology, or IT services websites.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog; working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in SEO explicitly mentioned in the JD.
