About This Role
- Lead analytics and performance measurement strategies to support Global Talent Attraction & Marketing priorities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and executive business reviews to evaluate talent attraction and recruitment marketing effectiveness.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis, visualization, storytelling, and executive presentations to inform strategic decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of analytics experience (work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Experience with analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or performance measurement tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Excel.
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, measurement standards, and reporting governance practices.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant analytics roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights and narratives.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or workforce analytics domains.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strategic focus on continuous improvement of analytics capabilities.
