About This Role
- Lead design, deployment, and operation of data architecture and software leveraging big data, AI, and ML techniques.
- Manage and mentor data engineering teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency.
- Establish technical standards, upgrade processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and support business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years leading data engineering teams on Big Data platforms and AWS.
- 3+ years experience with containerized data engineering solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expert knowledge of Agile software development and CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; combinations of coursework and experience considered; 5-7 years relevant work experience stated.

- Experienced engineering leader skilled in overseeing complex big data platforms and cloud-based solutions at scale.
- Strong operational focus with ability to execute Agile projects, manage capacity, and drive process improvements.
