About This Role
- Develop and deliver statistical, machine-learning, and AI models to support Clinical Development decisions.
- Prepare and validate clinical datasets, maintain reproducible code (R, Python, SQL), and document model versions and assumptions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure outputs undergo human review before clinical use and improve user guidance and training.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-9 years overall work experience.
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years related experience or Master's degree in relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or similar).
- Strong skills in R and/or Python; familiarity with SQL and data manipulation required.
- Experience with statistical, simulation, forecasting, or ML methods; familiarity with AI evaluation and reproducible workflows is required.

- Experienced in applying statistical and ML methods specifically in clinical or pharmaceutical contexts.
- Skilled in maintaining reproducible, documented analytical workflows with version control and testing.
- Able to recognize AI limitations, errors, and privacy risks in clinical data handling and drive reliable model delivery under cross-functional collaborations.
