About This Role
- Own end-to-end onboarding and conversion activities for new investment managers and funds onto reconciliation platforms, ensuring requirements translate into operational reconciliation solutions.
- Manage data and system readiness, including configuration, testing (BUAT, DITL, parallel testing), production deployment, stabilization, and operational handover of reconciliation services.
- Coordinate with business, operations, technology, clients, custodians, and external data providers to ensure complete, controlled, and low-risk transition to business-as-usual operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in middle office, reconciliation, investment operations, client onboarding, or system implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related discipline.
- Practical experience using TLM/TLP or other recognized reconciliation platforms.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad or Bangalore; Shift Timings: EMEA/NA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in middle office reconciliation with strong skills in cash, position, transaction, and market-value reconciliation and data analysis.
- Demonstrates ability to handle complex data issues, root-cause analysis, and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects across global teams including technology and business units.
- Familiar with operational-risk controls, audit requirements, process automation, and possesses effective communication skills for documenting and escalating issues clearly and timely.
