About This Role
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and conversion for new investment managers and funds onto reconciliation platforms, ensuring data and system readiness.
- Coordinate and execute reconciliation configuration, testing (BUAT, DITL, production parallel), deployment, and stabilization activities with multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, risk logs, and ensure controlled handover to operations while supporting post-production stabilization and process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in middle office, reconciliation, investment operations, client onboarding, or system implementation roles.
- Practical experience with TLM/TLP or similar reconciliation platforms and working knowledge of SWIFT message validation and data mapping.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad or Bangalore with EMEA/NA shift timings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in middle office reconciliation and investment management lifecycle with hands-on experience in cash, position, transaction, and market-value reconciliations.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination among investment managers, custodians, technology, and operations teams in global environments.
- Experienced in managing system configurations, functional testing, issue resolution, and producing compliance-ready documentation in controlled-risk environments.
