About This Role
- Lead and manage cross-organizational technology programs including Infrastructure & Cloud, AI, Security, and regulatory applications supporting Investment Management.
- Drive cloud migration and application modernization strategies working closely with US-based platform architecture teams and global development locations.
- Manage complex stakeholder environments, resolve conflicts, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions aligned with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology-related field (Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent) required.
- 14+ years of IT program and project management experience.
- 3+ years of cloud program experience involving application migration on cloud providers (AWS preferred).
- 7+ years managing global teams, with experience in Financial Services preferred; technical development background in Python or Java is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs in financial services or investment management domains, especially trade lifecycle and risk management.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud architectures (AWS), API Gateways, Microservices, Data/Analytics platforms, and relational/OLAP databases.
- Strategic operator skilled in balancing global teams, stakeholder interests, and complex investment management IT delivery with measurable business impact.
