About This Role
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and conversion projects for middle office reconciliation, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
- Manage and develop onboarding specialists while coordinating with investment managers, custodians, fund administrators, technology, and operations teams to ensure accurate reconciliation requirements and data readiness.
- Oversee risk management, compliance, documentation, and post-production stabilization ensuring low-risk transition and maintaining audit-ready control environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in middle office, reconciliation, investment operations, client onboarding, or system implementation.
- Experience with TLM/TLP or recognized reconciliation platforms including setup, configuration, and matching rules.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field.
- Work location Hyderabad or Bangalore with EMEA/NA shift timings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on background in middle office reconciliation with expertise in cash, position, transaction, and market-value reconciliation.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical and operational onboarding teams within high-volume, global financial services environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder projects balancing delivery, risk, and controls with effective stakeholder management.
