About This Role
- Own development, maintenance, and enhancement of AML/KYC MI, Power BI dashboards, and operational reporting ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Perform data analysis for AML/KYC functions including onboarding, reviews, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and quality assurance to produce actionable insights.
- Coordinate AML/KYC technology enhancements, manage reporting deliverables, support audits and regulatory requirements, and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 5 to 8 years' relevant experience in AML/KYC, Financial Crime, Risk, Operations, MI, data analytics, or technology in financial services.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX) and advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas, and macros.
- Experience in regulated financial services environment with exposure to AML/KYC reporting and stakeholder coordination.

- Comfortable delivering timely, high-quality management reporting and analytics that support senior management and governance forums in a fast-paced regulated environment.
