About This Role
- Own and deliver test automation roadmap and automation scripts for critical business applications, focusing on in-sprint and regression testing.
- Execute automated test scripts, report defects, and track automation progress aligned with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation capabilities, mentor junior resources, and support automation efficiency including CI/CD pipeline integration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 0-1 year experience in QE - Test Automation and Selenium with Cucumber.
- Experience in automation of web-based applications and APIs using Java scripting.
- Work Experience Required: At least 2 years in a system quality environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working within Agile teams and participating in PI & Sprint planning and ceremonies under SAFe Agile framework.
- Strong focus on quality delivery with skills in deep failure analysis and automation maintenance for complex applications.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively across in-person and remote global teams, mentoring junior resources.
