About This Role
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users to define KPIs and reporting needs.
- Design, develop, and present BI proof of concepts and interactive Power BI visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop BI solutions adhering to enterprise architecture and data governance standards, driving best practices and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of BI reporting experience with at least 2 years in a lead role involving business stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology, or Master's in Computer Science Applications/Information Systems from recognized institutions.
- Proficient in advanced Power BI development (Power Query, DAX), SQL/PLSQL, data modeling, ETL, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools like Git/Azure DevOps for version control.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating directly with business stakeholders for BI solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in designing complex data models and optimizing BI reports in Power BI and related tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture, data governance, and cloud technologies, especially Azure, to ensure scalable and compliant BI deployments.
