About This Role
- Design, configure, and manage Salesforce CPQ systems including rule configuration, release, and environment management.
- Own end-to-end governance of quoting rules: impact analysis, UAT support, defect resolution, and continuous optimization.
- Develop automation frameworks and reusable quoting rule patterns to improve efficiency and accelerate product launches.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years technical and administrative experience on Salesforce projects.
- 1+ year hands-on experience configuring a CPQ system (Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be based in Hyderabad and work PST hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST); role is office-based.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with at least two end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations with deep understanding of product lifecycle management and pricing strategies.
- Proficient in Salesforce administration, SOQL, and using AI tools for productivity and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to influence partners and explain technical issues to executives and non-technical audiences.
