About This Role
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using project management software and coordinate milestone activities across internal teams and vendors to align work with program schedules and contract requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to scope and schedule; manage change control processes including requests, logs, and approvals.
- Serve as point of contact for client communications regarding schedules and deliverables; prepare regular status reports and coordinate updates to customer-facing materials.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
- PMP certification highly encouraged.
- Experience with large-scale assessment preferred; familiarity with project risk management, change control, and baseline scheduling required.

- Experienced in managing integrated master schedules and coordinating cross-functional teams in a program management context.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation with ability to drive stakeholder communication and decision-making.
- Comfortable working autonomously and coordinating with clients; familiar with Smartsheet and Excel; able to work Central Time Zone hours and travel occasionally.
