About This Role
- Manage and monitor fees, commissions, and interest-related functions for clients and house businesses to ensure accurate charge collection and payment for millions of trades daily.
- Collaborate with technology, finance, and business partners to enhance processes, identify control weaknesses, and implement robust solutions across the trade and billing lifecycle.
- Lead and execute mid to long-term projects focused on process improvements, regulatory compliance, and profitability, including defining project scope, resource planning, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4+ years of related work experience.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and strong competency in MS Excel.
- Experience in financial and risk management including compliance risk, security risk, and operational risk management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in process improvement and control assessment within financial services operations involving high-volume trading activity.
- Skilled in managing complex projects end-to-end, including strategic planning, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and change management.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical and non-technical terms, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
