About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of operations associates focused on benefits enrollment processes, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
- Oversee operational metrics, design and revise SOPs, manage escalations and communicate with customers and carriers for issue resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, vendors, and carriers to identify process gaps, drive automation initiatives, and implement fixes to improve benefits product outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing operations role such as payroll, regulatory, product, or support operations.
- Minimum 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office for data analysis; familiarity with SFDC, JIRA, Confluence is a plus.
- Ability to work 1 PM - 10 PM IST shift (partial US Eastern Time overlap).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing operational teams in SaaS or startup environments, especially within benefits or HR operations context.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ownership in process improvement and automation.
- Proven capability to collaborate cross-functionally across technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve complex issues and optimize workflows.
