About This Role
- Drive procurement execution and implement global procurement strategies to improve resource efficiency and cost reduction.
- Lead and develop the procurement team, manage procurement requests, and oversee supplier performance related to quality, cost, and delivery.
- Manage procurement budget, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience as a purchaser or buyer.
- Knowledge of mining plant equipment and spare parts is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential; knowledge of ERP/Oracle/Atlas systems is advantageous.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end procurement operations within manufacturing or mining sectors.
