About This Role
- Lead procurement, material planning, and supplier management for Chiller Product Line to ensure uninterrupted production and optimized inventory.
- Accountable for achieving supply chain KPIs such as Line Fulfilment, Inventory Health, Supplier On-Time Delivery, and cost savings.
- Manage and develop a procurement and supply chain team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives including Lean and digitalization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; MBA/Supply Chain specialization preferred.
- 15-18 years of experience in Procurement, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations with team management experience in manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.
- Experience required in procurement, material planning, inventory management, supplier development, and supply chain operations; HVAC or industrial equipment industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
