About This Role
- Support and maintain Transportation Management System (TMS) products/solutions to meet customer business requirements and maintain high satisfaction.
- Work with global technical and functional teams to resolve functional issues and provide timely solutions adhering to SLAs.
- Mentor junior and mid-level support engineers and document knowledge for repeated cases, while identifying automation opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in application support and implementation, ideally with BY TMS or SCM applications within last 3-4 years.
- Experience supporting BY TMS web applications, including WMS architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud enterprise solutions (specifically MS Azure) and microservices-based architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, distributed microservices, multi-tenant SaaS, scalability, performance, and high availability.
- Experience with support tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA, AppDynamics, and Splunk, plus knowledge of secure architectures and identity management.
- Ability to work across global teams, manage customer interactions promptly, and simplify architecture/designs effectively.
