About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and collaborate with third-party recovery agencies to meet collections targets.
- Own the portfolio's delinquency rates and recovery of overdue payments; implement strategies to minimize delinquencies and control roll rates.
- Develop and execute tailored collections strategies based on data analysis; ensure compliance with processes and regulatory guidelines; report on cluster performance and challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in collections, including 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Experience in a bank, new-age NBFC, or Fintech company is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership ability and decision-making skills; effective communication required.
