About This Role
- Lead development and execution of HR BI data products and automated reporting solutions to provide accurate, consistent data to HR and business stakeholders.
- Advise and influence on business strategies through analysis of performance metrics and trends, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory policies.
- Manage end-to-end BI development processes including requirements gathering, project management, data acquisition, presentation, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of analytics experience (including work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Experience with BI reporting, Oracle database and SQL, Power BI (primary), Tableau (secondary), automation, Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse/Datawarehouse, Python, Workday, and HR reporting.
- Proven ability to lead complex analytical projects including coaching and mentoring team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and consulting within a virtual team environment, using agile methodologies.
