About This Role
- Lead and advise senior leadership on platform support solutions for complex business and technical needs, focusing on large-scale computer systems and network infrastructure planning within Systems Operations.
- Own the strategy and resolution of complex challenges across multiple enterprise areas by delivering long-term, innovative technical engineering solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide expertise on implementing business solutions, innovate operations through emerging technologies, engage cross-functional leadership strategically, and mentor team members to achieve technical deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience or equivalent (work experience, education, military experience, or training).
- 7+ years experience in Systems Operations, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Production Support with deep expertise in one platform domain such as Database, Cloud, Network, Compute/Storage, Middleware, or Enterprise Application Support.
- Strong hands-on SRE skills including SLI/SLO definition, error budgets, reliability metrics, and troubleshooting distributed production systems.
- Work Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad.

- Subject matter expert in Platform Reliability Engineering focusing on one core domain with demonstrated leadership in resolving complex production reliability issues using SRE principles.
- Proven ability to define and drive enterprise observability standards, design automation-first solutions to reduce operational toil, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams to improve availability and resiliency.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers in reliability, operations, or SRE roles and managing multiple priorities in a high-impact production environment with attention to detail and data-driven problem solving.
