About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of machine learning and generative AI solutions impacting business decisions.
- Provide technical vision, leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Design and implement scalable AI applications and contribute to core advanced analytics platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's in a related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years professional software engineering experience; at least 3 years in Machine Learning Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS, database technologies (e.g. Postgres, Redis), and data processing tools (e.g. Sagemaker, Databricks).
- Experience with agile development, CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and software architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy and mentor teams.
- Strong practical expertise in building, deploying, and operationalizing predictive and optimization machine learning models in production environments.
- Comfortable working in globally distributed agile teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
