About This Role
- Develop innovative software solutions emphasizing AI-assisted quality engineering to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance.
- Design, code, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, incorporating Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD methodologies.
- Manage code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specs, and build meaningful client connections while navigating complex development projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in software development and quality engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Oral and written proficiency in English mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in AI-assisted automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, REST Assured) and familiarity with connecting to MCP servers.
- Skilled in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalents).
- Preferably educated in fields related to AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines, and demonstrates capability in handling complex software development projects with agility.
