About This Role
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled recruitment solutions focused on Talent Acquisition and Healthcare BPO operations.
- Integrate and optimize AI capabilities (candidate matching, automated screening, conversational AI, workflow automation) to improve recruiter productivity and reduce Cost per Hire.
- Manage cross-functional engineering teams, technology vendors, and assessment platform integrations while defining and tracking KPIs like Time-to-Fill and automation adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years total work experience with at least 5+ years in product management or leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled products with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday Recruiting or Journeyfront, including integrations and vendor management.
- Candidate must be able to work in US shifts (North America ET time zone).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in global BPO, HRTech, Talent Acquisition operations supporting North America and other markets.
- Experience managing complex integrations across ATS, assessment technologies, CCaaS platforms, and recruitment workflows.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and lead engineering and vendor teams in delivering AI-powered recruitment technology in enterprise environments.
