About This Role
- Own end-to-end support of client onboarding and conversion projects for middle office reconciliation, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and operational handover.
- Ensure data readiness, reconciliation configuration accuracy, and controlled risk-managed transition of new investment managers and funds onto reconciliation platforms.
- Coordinate among various stakeholders (clients, custodians, operations, technology) to validate data feeds, resolve reconciliation exceptions, and maintain project documentation and communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in middle office, reconciliation, investment operations, client onboarding, or related functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with TLM/TLP or other recognized reconciliation platforms and strong knowledge of cash, position, transaction, and market-value reconciliation.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad or Bangalore; shift timings aligned to EMEA/NA time zones.

- Experienced in middle office reconciliation with strong skills in data analysis, SWIFT validation, data mapping, and investment operations lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage complex onboarding projects involving multiple stakeholders across business, operations, and technology.
