About This Role
- Lead and oversee a technology team including hiring, motivating, and retention efforts.
- Ensure delivery quality by defining and implementing quality strategies, monitoring development and testing phases, and maintaining system stability and performance.

Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience with hands-on software development expertise.
- Proven experience in team supervision and people management including performance appraisals and development plans.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), project delivery management, and technical architecture or systems integration.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years; Location requirement: Trivandrum, India.
