About This Role
- Architect and lead design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions for enterprise web applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams; establish coding standards and best practices.
- Drive innovation through exploration and incorporation of new technologies; advise executives on technology strategies impacting business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in object-oriented programming with Java, Python, and/or JavaScript UI frameworks.
- Experience architecting and designing enterprise-wide web application software solutions.
- Must be willing to work 100% on-site in office (India location); minimal travel requirement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level technologist experienced in large scale platforms handling real-time complex transactions with expertise in distributed systems troubleshooting.
- Strong background in cloud-native development, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, API protocols (REST, gRPC, GraphQL), and security best practices.
- Proven ability to translate product requirements into technical strategy and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
