About This Role
- Analyze identity and access data to ensure compliance with least-privilege principles and regulatory policies.
- Identify access risks, coordinate remediation efforts, and report governance health to stakeholders.
- Own governance activities across access reviews, policy enforcement, and privileged-user monitoring with evidence-based risk reduction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 4–7 years professional experience, with at least 50% in identity and access governance.
- Hands-on familiarity with an Identity Governance and Administration platform such as SailPoint, Saviynt, RSA Governance & Lifecycle, or similar.
- Experience using SQL, PowerShell, Python, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in governance judgement specifically in identity domains including access reviews, JML controls, RBAC, SoD or privileged access governance.
- Comfortable operating in a regulated, control-focused environment, preferably financial services or similar highly regulated sector.
- Skilled at cross-functional coordination with both onshore and offshore teams, and capable of clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
