About This Role
- Design, develop, and support solutions for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across owned distribution centers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs), focusing on Manhattan WMS platforms.
- Develop integrations between WMS, SAP AFS/S4 HANA, and other systems using MuleSoft, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and EDI formats to enhance operational reporting, analytics, and fulfillment efficiency.
- Collaborate with Distribution Operations, Industrial Engineering, and 3PL partners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and participate in system enhancements and production support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Warehouse Management Systems.
- Mandatory experience with Manhattan WMoS and/or Manhattan Active WMS.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL for operational analysis; experience with reporting tools like Manhattan SCI, Power BI, or Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale distribution operations and logistics environments, preferably in global retail or apparel sectors.
- Skilled in enterprise system integrations involving REST APIs, MuleSoft, and data formats (XML, JSON, EDI) with exposure to SAP AFS and/or S/4HANA.
- Capable of working effectively across multiple internal teams and external 3PL partners to improve fulfillment performance and operational visibility.
