About This Role
- Develop and maintain production systems using Rust, focusing on core Rust concepts like ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, and async programming with Tokio or async-std.
- Implement and manage web services using Rust web frameworks such as Actix-web, Axum, or Rocket, including REST and gRPC service development.
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes basics, and Git workflows to support scalable, performant system design and deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6 years professional experience building production systems in Rust.
- At least 2 years experience working with Rust web frameworks (Actix-web, Axum, Rocket).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
- Location must be Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Rust systems-level design patterns and performance optimization, with ability to troubleshoot memory safety and concurrency issues.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Ability to independently handle complex technical challenges and learn new technologies relevant to system and web service development.
