About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirements management, business analysis, and testing lifecycle for Transfer Agency systems including client changes, operational & regulatory updates, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead and support system upgrades, installs, product releases, and critical testing activities in core systems (e.g., FIS TA, 3270, Funds AUM, OLA, TAARA, RTC).
- Facilitate change management by acting as a trusted advocate, collaborating with regional functional managers to ensure smooth implementation of projects under Agile and SDLC frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in Transfer Agency domain with strong knowledge of FIS Transfer Agency core applications.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Tester, or similar role with expertise in requirement documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test execution (manual or automated).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Scrum, Agile, IT and product development for complex projects and change initiatives.
- Eligibility for internal movement requires 24 months as Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant; minimum 12 months between TL and Consultant roles.

- Experienced in managing complex change initiatives in financial services, particularly within Transfer Agency technology environments.
- Capable of providing project management consultation and leadership with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced working collaboratively across business and technology teams to deliver governance-compliant projects ensuring quality and timely execution.
