About This Role
- Lead SAP FI/CO implementation and support projects, ensuring successful S/4HANA finance adoption across multiple industries.
- Engage with internal and external clients to analyze requirements, design solutions, and oversee project phases through to Go Live.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and manage accounting processes within SAP FICO configurations including integration with other SAP modules.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 11 years of experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and support, with at least 2 implementation and 1 support project in SAP FICO space.
- Experience specifically with S/4HANA finance modules: FI-AR, FI-AP, GL/New GL, FI-AA, Bank Accounting, Controlling, and SAP FI integration with SD, PP, or MM modules.
- Bachelor’s degree required (B.Tech mentioned explicitly); MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end SAP FI/CO projects including preparation, realization, and Go Live phases.
- Capable of conducting client meetings and problem-solving with creative, practical solutions in SAP financial contexts.
- Familiar with SAP Solution Manager functionalities and tools with strong knowledge of SAP FI accounting entries and processes.
