About This Role
- Own creation, maintenance, and upgrade of automation test scripts for UI applications, Web services, and ETL, ensuring regression suite readiness after every release.
- Lead troubleshooting and incident management by collaborating with vendors and teams to root cause and retest critical defects with timely issue reporting.
- Analyze business goals and technologies to recommend and implement automation testing solutions, documenting issues and test results comprehensively.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years relevant experience with 5+ years strong automation experience using Selenium WebDriver and Java programming.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of TestNG, data and keyword-driven frameworks, Page Object Model, UNIX scripting, GIT, databases, and complex SQL queries.
- Work location requires at least 3 days in office weekly, with partial work from home flexibility; timings 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile and waterfall QA life cycles with hands-on automation ownership and scripting skills across multiple environments (Windows & UNIX).
- Capable of proactive test suite maintenance and regression management, showing strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
- Comfortable collaborating on cross-functional teams and vendors, effectively communicating test status and defect analysis to leadership.
