About This Role
- Build and operate backend services focusing on production reliability, data integrity, and multi-tenant data isolation.
- Design and maintain asynchronous processing workflows and versioned APIs for internal and enterprise users.
- Own deployed services including handling production issues and on-call responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience building and operating production backend services.
- Strong skills in relational data modeling including multi-tenant or access-scoped designs.
- Proficiency in asynchronous processing, background workers, and partial failure handling.
- Role location: Bengaluru, in-office.

- Strong backend engineering judgment over specific framework expertise; ability to make architectural decisions across Python, TypeScript, and Node.js stack.
