About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver production features for backend APIs, data pipelines, and integrations related to compliance and case management.
- Own end-to-end feature lifecycle from requirement gathering through deployment, monitoring, and reliability improvement.
- Build scalable REST APIs and microservices integrating with third-party compliance and identity systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or similar backend languages.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), Git, CI/CD, Docker.
- Location: HSR, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building backend distributed systems or microservices for fintech or compliance-related products.
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end including debugging, monitoring, and system reliability.
- Familiarity with compliance workflows such as KYC, KYB, AML, and integrations with multiple third-party vendor APIs.
