About This Role
- Own daily operations of Delinea PAM platform including health checks, credential rotation, and incident remediation to ensure security and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a PAM engineering team while performing hands-on platform integration, troubleshooting, and automated credential lifecycle management.
- Collaborate across security, network, infrastructure, and application teams to migrate static credentials to dynamically managed credentials and maintain resilient PAM services.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 12+ years in cybersecurity, 10+ years in PAM, and 5 years with Delinea products OR 14+ years of relevant experience without degree.
- Proven experience managing Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, Just Enough Privilege (JEP), and privileged credential lifecycle management.
- Hands-on skills with Python, PowerShell, CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions), SQL, Windows AD, and Linux shell scripting.
- Availability for US Eastern Time meeting window (06:00 AM – 11:30 AM ET) and participation in on-call rotation.
