About This Role
- Design, develop, and own scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components focused on performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected software features from design through delivery.
- Build modern user experiences using UI frameworks and integrate automated testing into development workflows to ensure quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in Java or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, TestNG) and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools or workflows to enhance engineering processes and validate AI model outputs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems across the full stack.
