About This Role
- Support Critical and Provisional Reporting team by delivering accurate, timely data and insights for high-priority HR clients.
- Manage end-to-end data collection, analysis, and delivery processes, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Consult on less complex research, develop reports and analyses, collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency, compliance, and product offerings.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of analytics experience demonstrated via work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with statistical programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python for analysis (2+ years).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience extracting data from Workday and/or PeopleSoft (2+ years).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in analytics-related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple client data delivery requests in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Proficient in supporting HR-related analytics and familiar with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) for insight generation and consulting.
- Capable of collaborating across technology and business teams to influence product evolution and compliance adherence.
