About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Finance process transformation focusing on P2P, O2C, R2R optimization, standardization, and automation.
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to drive Finance process improvements and change management.
- Manage governance, risk, project scope, success metrics, and stakeholder communication for Finance transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years relevant experience in project/program management within Finance Transformation or Consulting (Big 4 preferred).
- Strong understanding of Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) and finance systems (accounting, budgeting).
- CA / MBA in Finance / Masters degree in Finance required.
- Fluency in English; Six Sigma and PMP certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
