About This Role
- Lead production support and operations for enterprise job scheduling and workload automation platforms, ensuring reliable batch job execution.
- Serve as senior technical authority for scheduling support in India; manage incident response, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining knowledge management assets, mentoring scheduling engineers, and partnering with application and infrastructure teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in IT production support, application or infrastructure operations, batch processing, or Site Reliability Engineering, including leadership/supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with enterprise workload automation/job scheduling tools such as HCL Workload Automation, TWS, Control-M, or similar.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex job dependency mapping and cross-application workload orchestration in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to lead incident response and problem management activities with coordination across multiple teams.
- Familiar with ITSM practices, observability tools, and capable of articulating technical issues and business impacts clearly.
