About This Role
- Lead architecture and development of scalable, cloud-native web applications and frontend platforms using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
- Define and evolve micro-frontend frameworks, design systems, component libraries, UI shells, and shared platform capabilities across HPE GreenLake services.
- Establish engineering standards, architecture guidelines, quality practices, and CI/CD automation to improve delivery velocity and software quality, and provide technical leadership across engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
- 10-15 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience designing and delivering modern web applications and enterprise-scale cloud platforms, with technical leadership across multiple teams.
- Ability to work hybrid with an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, modern frontend architectures, component-driven development, and platform engineering for cloud-native applications.
- Experience with AI-enabled software engineering practices, infrastructure as code (Terraform), application security, and identity/access management integration.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives, influencing engineering strategy, mentoring engineers, and delivering measurable business value via innovative solutions.
