About This Role
- Liaise between business users and technology teams to define system requirements, scope, and objectives for complex projects in Margin and Collateral domain.
- Lead the product vision and roadmap creation, manage product backlog, and ensure timely delivery aligning with strategic technology goals through the full SDLC.
- Provide advisory support and risk assessment to senior stakeholders, facilitate communication across teams, and uphold compliance and control standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or University degree mandatory.
- Experience in product companies as product owner or senior business analyst required.
- Proficiency and practical experience with agile practices and full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Work Experience Required: Delivering strategic change programs spanning multiple years in a fast-paced financial product environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain knowledge or interest in Margin & Collateral, Futures, Repo, OTC Derivatives, payments flows, or related financial product domains.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, lead product impact on both strategic and tactical levels, and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in risk management, control mindset, client-oriented advisory roles, and confident in delivering complex business solutions within fast-evolving environments.
